I ended my gym membership in early december after continued frustration over the incompetance of the vodaworld branch's staff. I had raised the matter with several managers however, it never improved.
I cancelled my membership in early december, i have written prrof of the cancellation and a receipt for the cancellation fee. I was assured by virgin active that no debit order will be processed in January.
Today, i found that a debit order was still put through for the month of Jan, when i had ended my membership last year. I am very annoyed that after being assured that the no further amounts would be debitted from my account, it has still happened. I would like a refund for the amount as well as as a refund for the transaction costs levied by my bank fkr processing your incorrect debit order. Get your act together virgin active!
