What can I say, I actually expected the poor service I am getting. I once again had to suffer the financial loss of Virgin active debitting my bank account. I phoned the lady in administration, named Ndibo, WHAT A RUDE PERSON, she was not happy that I was disturbing her as she was busy with banking, she cannot help me and will phone me on Monday. This is unacceptable, I am truly disappointed in the manner that this particular branch treats their customers. It is actually a shame that I have to report my grievances on this website to get it resolved. The staff of this club seriously needs an attitude ajustment as well as some customer service training
