Bad service delivery

I am a member of virgin active for two years now. And never in my life have i been so disappointed with service from virgin south gate. first on A Monday morning the instructor Carol comes late and there is no other instructor to fill in for her. when this is reported to the club the club manager does nothing about it. and i quote this is from someone who works in the club. she came one Monday to the gym there were only two members in for the class and she refused to do the class. As a member i pay good money to the gym expecting a service and good training that is why i joined the club. they really take the fun out of being active and i really don't think this is on.
