I went to virgin active to have a look if i will be interested in a gym contract. a guy by the name of Tony stopped me and asked if i would be interested in a guest fee of only a R100, no other costs involved! He said if i pay a R100 now i will receive my card and can immediately start training. At the end of the month i can then decide if i will be interested in a full contract. He took my card for the R100 and then told me to sign a paper for the R100. A few days later i was debited for R299!!! i have been phoning for a cancelation. Got given the wrong email address to complain AND emailed off their site, they send me an email to say i should email to a disclaimer email, which keeps sending me a mail delivery report!!! Is this the service they give and scheme and people!!!? i want my money back and to cancel this contract!!!
