A few years back I went and took out a gym contract for my girlfriend at Planet Fitness Craighall. The supposed sales manager at the time told me that there was some or other special deal, where my girlfriend and i could both train on the same contract. Needless to say this was a load of rubbish, which we found out at a later stage, when one of the assistants there told us that he had resigned, and that only my girlfriend was allowed to train on this contract, which i was paying for. Countless times i have tried to get Planet Fitness to cancel this contract, because of their mistake, which I am still having to deal with almost 3 years later. We are still being sent invoices and being telephoned to pay the outstanding amount, which I absolutely refuse to do, as we have never used this contract, after we were told that we were. I am sick to death of being harassed for Planet Fitness idiotic mistake, I demand to be contacted and to have this damned contract cancelled immediately, otherwise I will fully take this matter to the media, because I am absolutely disgusted with the way my girlfriend and I are being treated!
