I have been calling the virgin active to get a clearance letter from them with no success. I have spoken to Thulani then Londiwe and then Mbali and still I can't get a clear response as to what is happening with my account and/or my clearance letter INSTEAD I get driven from pillar to post with no solution.
Bad service indeed.
