The sales consultant mislead me on signing the contract of the gym that was binding, in order for him to make a sale, he agreed that I can join the gym even though they are deducting the money from my girlfriend's account. I did not even use the gym for a week and we broke up with the girlfriend, now a year after they told me I must pay the money I owe to the gym or I must sign up with them in order for them to delete the money I owe or I must pay.
The consultant was no where to be found when I wanted to advise that I agreed only to the gym contract because It was not going to be deducted from me but he made the contract like that, then I must pay for something that I did not even afford in the first place. Please be advised that I won't be able to pay any cent to planet fitness, their consultant did not follow the right procedure at sale stage, I'm requesting planet fitness to take out my name from the debt collectors within 48 hours or else I'm taking this CPA
