Our current gym provider in the Zambezi/Montana filled their swimming pool in Dec 2012.
Added to this, our eldest child cannot attend the child care from the age of 8.
My wife enjoys swimming alone & occasionally with the children, teaching them to swim.
We decided to open a contract with Virgin Active Montana as they have a swimming pool & child care.
My wife explained our delima at our current gym & the friendly, ever helpful Consultant assured her that our children can attend the child care & make use of the gym free of charge up to the age of 18.
This is where the problem & disagreement arises:
- *We thought* that meant that the children can use the gym facilities & the child care facilities up to the age of 18. (Not sure why you would send an 18 year old to child care, but non the less.)
- According to the Consultant & the Manageress, it meant that the children can use the child care facility (at an additional cost) but they can use the gym up to 18, free of charge.
Wonder why Virgin does not mention anything in the "Contract Document" about child care, inclusive, exclusive or otherwise?
Watch out people, don't get "caught" like we did...
