Trying to claim a foster care grant for a child in my care since 2007. She has being in foster care since may 2012. I completed all the forms but the hiccup is the child's biological mother is still claiming child support therefore i can't claim for her grant. I reported this to Sassa unit on 19 February 2013 and nothing has been done. My forms for the grant were completed on the 3rd of July 2013 and the Sassa debit card was issued but still nothing is happening. Why report if nothing is done about it. I'm talking about a child that has been to and back. Please can someone help.
