BAD RECEPTION

I arrived at Virgin Active at about 17:45 to bring children for Swimming. I was aware that I must do cards for these kids inorder for them to access the Gym. I was told that each child must pay R110 for access to gym so I came prepared to do that. When I got to the reception I was then told there is nothing like that I must join the gym first. This was done in a very Bad Attitude instead of them telling me what i should do they were busy shouting at reception telling me I have wrong info there is no way I can access the gym. The people at reception should be able to properly explainn the right way to you and give you help of how their system works. To top it up the third child I was with the Father is the member of the gym but the membership is not active she was let in to go and swim but my kids couldnt go in to swim. I signed up for the gym only beacuse my kids have to swim there but the reception at Sunward Virgin Active is the worst it puts you off for life.
