First of all, trying to get hold of anyone at Planet Fitness Wanderers sometimes takes up to 5 minutes of holding on, being transferred to numerous people or just being cut off.
I intended to cancel my Gym contract in September 2012, I followed all their specifications and mailed the person who dealt with cancellations, Lorraine Nchabeng. I was told that a final depit order would have to be done on my bank account for October. I was fine with that.
Ever since October 2012, money still gets deducted off my bank account AFTER I cancelled my debit order at my bank. December 2012 and January 2013 saw two debit orders for each month being taken off. I have stopped the debit order numerous times, but still the money just gets taken from my bank account.
I have tried NUMEROUS times to get hold of Lorraine and also the Gym Manager Dylan Hinde.
I have gone on Facebook and Twitter as well, but still no reaction from them.
I am starting to think this is going to be the norm till who knows when.
terribly annoyed and so FED UP!!!
HOPE THIS WILL GET THEIR ATTENTION!!!
