A child minder was caring for 1 particular child, my 2.5 yr old accidentally bumped into the child, the child minder grabbed my son by the arm & yelled at him not to ever do that again. I confronted her, advising that she had no authority man handling mine or anybody else's child in the rough manner she did, I approached management, a colored managers response was non chalant, indicating if I disapproved of the minders behaviour than that's my issue! Dissapointing indeed that 'child friendly' venues condone intimidation of babies.
