On 31 January, after attempting to phone Planet fitness without success - I went into the Hennops Branch and completed a cancellation form. I was told that there would be a months notic and I would still be billed for January. However I have now been billed for February as well. The telephone number provided on the website is not being answered and the website has no contact details for billing issues. The Website also does have any company details which is rather strange.
