I have made an arrangement with the party mentioned to the refund of an amount of R274. She indicated that I would need to provide her with proof of debit order (Otherwise VA would only take notice of the Debit order on the 9th of Feb) which I did as soon as the debit order was deducted about a week ago. I have since not had a response and needless to say... no refund. I have sent a follow up email to confirm her receiving my mail but as stated no response!
