Not responding to queries

I did cancel my Odyssey policy. In January a debit order was taken off. i did contact the call centre to enquire. Why did ask me to send a mail. A mail was send on the 28 Jan query the debit order. Did receive a strange SMS asking for bank statements but with no contact or email detail. a mail was send 30 Jan to query SMS. No response yet. Did try to phone contact centre but was holding for long time.

So still no refund of debit order and no response to mails
