I first gave notice to cancel my subscription on 22 Aug 2012 and have sent numerous emails to follow up. It is also very difficult to get in touch with someone at the VOSA offices as they are always busy and promise to phone back but never do. Every month the debit order still goes off my account even after requesting numerous times for it to be cancelled. I also requested a refund of my deposit as well as a refund for the subscriptions wrongfully deducted from my account. I was told 2 weeks ago that the Director was out of town and that he will look into this when he gets back. I have sent an email every 2nd day for the last week with no response. Absolutely unacceptable that they just keep on deducting money from my account without my consent.
