I arranged for a debit order to pay my monthly fee for DSTV. On the 28th of April they deducted, but my partner made a mistake and went to pay it for me at the store (PEP) since I forgot to tell him that I arranged for a debit order. I paid the amount of R275. Monday 6 May I calle dthe call centre and they said I must email my slip and banking etails and I will get a refund, on the 7th I called to check on the progress of my refund and was told to email to another email address since the did not receive anything. This morning I called again and I was told that my refund has not been sent to the refund department and I must wait. The worst part is that I have to call and check what is going on, no feedback is sent to me. I want my refund as soon as now!
