I had a Planet Fitness Contract for my daughter Nicole, which we cancelled 2 months after the expiry date. I was told that I would still have a deduction and then the Debit Order would be cancelled. I received proof of cancellation as well as one deduction. A month later there was another deduction which I queried and was told that I would receive a refund (after numerous calls and NO feedback from the manager - Michael) but I would wait 3 weeks. I waited 4 weeks and can you believe NO refund BUT they deducted the monies ONCE AGAIN. I have now left messages at Head Office as well as the branch for the matter to be sorted but STILL no satisfaction. When I originally applied for membership for my daughter I was SO frustrated with the poor service but thought maybe it was just one person but NO!!! Guess Planet Fitness will never get my referral.
