Taitus from the Roodepoort branch has lost the debit order form I filled in for my black tag. When I told him how upset I was about it he he took offence and then twisted my words saying that I'm accusing him using my bank details. He then tried to push the blame onto their admin department and said If I was that unhappy I should rather cancel my contract. His Sales manager then promised me that he will give me my black tag and look for the bank details if I would just fill in a new form and swipe my card for the once off fee of R105.00. I then swiped my card (POS Receipt available) but when it came to giving me my black tag, they came up with a story that the system was offline and that they couldn't issue me a black tag just yet. I then decided (due to the very bad experience I've had with them lately) that I would rather cancel the option and asked them for a refund. They then refused to give me a refund and that I should contact the Head Office if I wanted my money back. I'm very upset that they lost my private bank information and that they took my money and refused to refund me. Planet Fitness my money and wasted my time. BEWARE CUSTOMERS. YOUR DETAILS ARENT SAFE!!!
