WORSE BRANCH EVER USED

I wanted to join using Vitality, and was told to pay R900 and something. Then they checked on their system and found that I'm still active with Momentum until 28/02. Then the woman helping me send me to another woman to change branches. They then wanted me to pay money then I refused. I then told them that I'll enquire with Momentum today of which I did. Momentum said the membership is cancelled therefore they are NOT suppose to do the transfer. I find this very strange because since the begining of January I've been struggling to be transfered to this miserable branch and yersteday they want my money? At some point in January I raised my concerned on the equipment and I was told the branch was revamped recently. I even told them that some machines were old (compared 2 Boksburg) as I used them in 2008 @ the Sunwardpark branch. They always have empty promises, at some stage one guy promised to transfer me and give me feedback by phone. That never materalized. I called yersteday morning to enquire about Vitality, the guy from sales said I should drop the phione he will call me back as I was using my cellphone, guess what? He never did. DRASTIC STAFF & EQUIPMENT CHANGES ARE REQUIRED!
