Joined Mega gym in Centurion March 2011 and paid full 2year contract fees upfront. In 1st weak I complained about aircon and was told it will be fixed, well it is still not working properly, its utterly hot on top level and unbearable on ground level. (i have lots of friends that also gym there and they all complain) Planet fitness is eager to take money and get new clients who pays every month (myself upfront) but dont keep their end of the bargain. When I gym on Saturday and Sunday mornings, the dumbells etc is laying all over the place. The mens bathroom is filthy and stinks permanently. Whenever I go in, the workers who are supposed to clean it, sits around at entrance of bathroom or opposite Sauna chatting to each other. I have never seen them cleaning. I dont know who the manager is but he surely does not know what is doing...
