On 10/01/2013 we sent a mail to the managers requesting to cancel our contracts with Planet Fitness. On 19/02/2013 we sent Another e-mail begging for a reply. Eventually we received a reply with a cancellation form attached which was completed and returned on 19/02/2013. A settlement amount was agreed upon by Head Office and was paid on 21/02/2013 and the proof of payment sent. Wrt our other account this was a 3year contract paid in advance which he could no longer use after 2 or so years and had constant problems with. How do you cancel a clients' contract that was paid in advance??? After many fights and complaints Rudie van der Berg confirmed that our contracts are settled and cancelled. It is now 5 months later and they dared to send us a sms confirming that we owe Planet Fitness Money?? And received threaths that we will be sued if the amount is not paid. If this is not sorted asap this matter will be taken further as we will not allow to be threatened because of your pathetic systems and service. We will now accept that this matter is sorted/written off and will NEVER have to deal with you again! We have all mails, confirmations and forms saved as proof of the above. Thanx
