I am very discusted. I had people who wanted to take over my contract. But tippically they were useless. They told people we have a differant package and they can get our contract on new monthly fees. Then why must they buy our contract if its less taking own contract without the R750 fee. I just want to stop my contract due to finacial reasons. I have tried all legal ways to terminate the contract. And I refuse paying the remaining period fee.
Honestly planet fitness customer service is pathetic. I have all the Emails that I sent to the club and headoffice. As I said I found people to take over membership but the club refused to assist properly. Please help!!!
