My Contract at Planet Fitness expired in July/AUg 2013. We paid the upfront for three years once off PAID.
I cancelled the contract in AUg 2013, I received read emails from the cancellation department as well as the Branch at Hennops. YET they debit my bank twice after that with different amounts which I reversed! I called the customer care centre which agreed that this contract is cancelled and I cant owe anything! I also sent them an email with all the documents and proof. Yesterday I received a SMS which says I am in AREARS These people just don't get it!!! I Cancelled what is wrong there? Once they have your banking details it is over, they will just debit you again and again. Please be aware to give your details to them!
PLEASE CAN SOMEONE CONTACT ME I CANCELLED AUG 2013 AND OWE NOTHING.
