My complaint about LEGATOR, MCKENNA INCORPORATED is that during December 2012 they gave me a call and told me that I've got an outstanding amount of R7760.26 owing to West bank that I needed to pay off asap, I told them that I can only pay half December 2012 and the remaining amount I'll pay it end of January 2013. I then proceeded with the payment of December which was R4000 which obviously reduced my outstanding balance to R3760.26. The remaining amount of R3760.26 I paid it off end of January 2013, I then asked for my settlement letter but I was told that I couldn't be issued with a letter because I still have an amount of R765.00 outstanding, I've got proof of this communication between myself and Legator McKenna Incorporated from initial payment to last payment on email. I'm not prepared to pay this R765.00 as I don't understand where it comes form I just want to be issued with my settlement letter that's all. I also just found out from westbank that the money I was owing them was R5236.26
