In end November beginning December the pool was green and the staff said it would take a week to be fixed. Two weeks later then still not sorted out they said that the pump broke but will be fixed beginning of January, yet still not sorted. Then the staff told me that end of January it will be sorted out and it is still not sorted out! When I complained yesterday they say they have told members to go to a other gym?? First that I heard of this apart from their excuses!! Apart from the pool, Half the equipment is broken and the showers drains are block and the rinse pipe in the Shauna is also loose and lockers is in a state in men's and ladies.
When you try and contact the manager the staff gives you bad attitude and manager is also not getting back to you either. This is suppose to be their FLAGSHIP gym, but is in a shocking state and attitude towards their patrons who pays their salaries is disgusting.
