Hi, I'm a fan of planet fitness and an disappointed that I have to resort to Hello Peter to get a query resolved.
I have personally asked Thabiso at the gym to please e-mail me my gym visits since September 2012 to date. I have even called to remind her on many occassions. She promises to have it e-mailed to me, but it's almost a month now and i'm stil waiting,
I hope that my January visits were captured as well as I filled in the manual access register for Jan.
Can someone please assist me? I'll even bring my own paper to print it on.
