Thank you for the speedy and efficient feedback by Enrico the wellness manager at the club.
4 new spinning classes was added per week at 16h30 as requested as from 07/01/2013.
Several members requested extra spinning classes. Enrico took time to listen to our suggestions and followed up with Head office management. Within 7 days feedback was given. Classes would be added in Jan 2013
Enrico is following up to ensure the members are happy on a daily basis.
