Last year on the 16 of February 2012 I signed up with planet fitness for a 3 year contract and paid the contract up in full in the amount of R5204.00 and the gym was great up until the fire they had in January of this year. I realize that this was out of there control, however feedback has been very bad as to what is happening there and the next gym available to me is too far time wise for me to go to. I would like to know when this gym is going to reopen as I went there last week and it looked as if it is being packed up and not opening again. I would like to know if they are going to open again and when, and if the months I am missing out on can be added to my contract or if they can refund me the 25 out of 36 months that I paid for so that I can attend another gym.
