Failure to respond as well as terrible customer se

I had a terrible experience with virgin active N1 city, which involved being promised a deal and when the time came to sign the contract, all prices and deals were changed and zero help or negotiation was offered. When I emailed the manager to complain, he had no manners to contact me but just passed the email on to the same sales consultant who ripped me off. I then emailed head office, it has been 5 days and I have NO response! Judging from previous hello peters, this is a common occurrence for virgin active.

I'm shocked by the level of service by branches representing one of the largest international companies in the world, along with being disgusted by how they can chop and change a deal over night just to get you to the point of signing.
