I opened a membership a relatively long time ago, and given that I have fulfilled the contract, and also that my circumstances have changed and I am aligning as appropriate, would like to give notice to end my membership.
I have tried calling, using the website request for response, however I notice that planet fitness very cleverly do not publish an email address and the website does not offer confirmation of logging a ticket, hence after a number of months I am still chasing for options to give notification of ending of my membership.
