No delivery of Prize

I received an email stating that I won the Pure O3 Hamper on the 9 October 2013.
I replied with my delivery address and waited for the prize.
After 8 weeks, I sent an email informing them that my prize had not arrived.
I never received any feedback. Thereafter I sent numerous more emails with no reply to date.
