After another two months passed and talking to Trish Tsikada (yes I'm naming and shaming you) I still have not heard anything from Planet Fitness. Today Ofentse Lerumo contacts me to find out what the nature of my query is?
Seriously? I've been complaining for more than a year about your incompetence in doing a simple contract transfer! I have joined another club and if you so much as even dare to get a cent out of me for membership fees I'll take you to court - and yes I do have free legal advice.
Cancel my contract immediately, I don't want to hear anything from you again.
