Firstly - I'm not someone who ever complains, you've really pushed me over the edge.
I joined Plattekloof club about 2 years ago as I was living nearby, happy customer and had no complaints. I relocated in June last year and asked to have my contract transferred. The chap that helped me was Deon - I paid the transfer fee and he assured me all paperwork will be done within a couple of days. After pitching at Cobblewalk more than 4 times (turned away) driving back and forth to Plattekloof for 2 months to try and sort this out I'm informed that Deon no longer works there.
I go to see the Manager (Brad I believe) who assures me he will sort it out and get back to me personally. No response for 4 weeks - phoned and emailed him daily. I drive through again only to be told he'll get back to me. It's now one year later and I still don't have a contract at Cobblewalk after paying for it!!! I've stopped the debit order and refuse to pay for my contract after this shocking service.
A recovery service calls this morning offering me 50% off my outstanding balance with PF!! Really? You're trying to recover cash for a service you didn't render? Cancel this contract or I'll take you to court
