I moved from durbanville to Plattekloof. This resulted in that I had to transfer from the one branch to the other. I then had to move back to Durbanville and had to transfer again. However, the transfer was not possible due to the fire at Cobble Walk. After numerous and numerous of empty promises my patience ran out. I contacted planet fitess plattekloof and informed them to cancel my membership. After 4 days they respnded with the message below.

Keep in mind though that this happened on the 5th of September and still my debit order went off this morning. What are they doing in the accounts department if they cant process such an simple request?
