I recently wanted to change my contract from a single club to a national subscription. This has been the most ridiculous runaround and a complete waste of my time. Firstly I emailed the client services to change my membership, but I still have not received a reply from them. I tried calling them and when their phones aren't engaged or the line doesn't drop you end up holding on forever with no one ever picking up the phone. Each night when I go the gym I have to explain and plead with them to let me in because I moved to a different suburb. This has set my training back so much and frankly I am tired of being treated like a second class citizen. If this does not get resolved I am cancelling my debit order and moving elsewhere.
