TERRIBLE SERVICE - UNWILLING TO ACCOMODATE

Phone Virgin to query our annual increase to our policy, all fair and well, I added my new car to the policy 4 months ago, and house hold insurance 1 month ago, they have now added all these items into the annual increase. I don't feel this is fair how can you increase our premiums on services we have added not even a year ago, according to the contract yes the premiums go up but you cant increase it in something we haven't had covered by you for a year!
Better yet phone customer care to get the issue seen to so unprofessional not even willing to help she puts me on hold and straight through to the cancellations department! They cancel my policy with immediate effect as I requested then noticed that I have paid for September so asked the gentlemen if we could change it to the end of the month only for him to tell me he has already cancelled the policy and we would have to reinstate the policy at an extra fee after they have nearly increased premiums for nearly R500! They not their to satisfy their customers but merely there to milk you for every penny you have cause they don't give a about their clients! Terrible service and terrible call centre agents! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND
