I received an email stating that my premiums will increase from R1160 to R1341 effective 1st April 2013. I just joined Aforbes insurance 8 months ago. How do you justify a 15% premium increase in just under 8 months with no claims submitted. I tried complaining to Sharlotte de kock and she said they will get back to me. I am still waiting. I would rather pay more for my insurance premiums than be with a company that can increase premiums by amounts they feel like whenever they feel like.
