Here we go again, I will just go another way

I have been with my way for over three years and in those three years all I have claimed for was either road side assistance or home assistance and have not had a major claim, even in this unfortunate period of hail I have been blessed and not had any damage but year after year I get a premium increase and this year they went a step further and increased my excess, all this with no substantial reasons as to the increases, I was previously told it was due to the cost of parts well I have not needed any parts and should I need parts I work for the Imperial Group and I have been for the past five years and I know there is no real shortage of parts on the makes of vehicles I own and I will get a staff discount should I need those parts I therefore do not understand the reasoning behind the increase in premiums (even if its small) and the excess. I will go to Virgin which has zero excess and lower premiums cause I refuse to be treated just like another number without a proper consideration to my profile as an individual, all the insured stuff lose value daily but my premiums increases annually on stuff that cause lesser than the previous year. My other car will be ten years old next year.
