Over the past few months i have been experiencing extreme frustration dealing with this organization. Firstly, it started off with double debiting and then the real frustration began when it came to dealing with their admin staff. To cut a long story short, i wish to cancel my contract and to this day, i have not received a confirmed cancellation fee. I am basically saying, I will pay whatever fees need to be paid to get out of the contract and still have not received any feedback regarding a confirmed amount. My experience with this "premier" gym has been all but premier. This month, I was again debited as well as an additional fee of R697... For what???
I was hoping it wouldn't come to this but having to deal with them has become increasingly difficult and it is has been ongoing for 3 months now.
