So my girlfriend had an account at Virgin Active that expired and she had to get a new one (not renew the old one, get a new one). She got called up by Bo at Virgin Active Montana, and he was kind, friendly and helpful through the whole process. Had the pleasure of meeting him yesterday and I can honestly say it was a great experience. He was friendly, explained everything and had an extremely positive attitude. He made the signup process fast, fun and enjoyable - a real pleasure to be going there for another year!
