Well this is the second time I am writing a complaint as planet fitness had my first deleted.
I had a contract with them several yeeeeaars ago, which I cancelled in writing.
Now years later they start taking money off my account again! BUT I am not the only person they are doing this too, but they have several hundreds complaining about the same grievance!
So today, I will go logged a case at SAP for and report them to the CPA.
In one month they had taken almost R1000 from me and this has been going on for several months.
I want this resolved and not just with a stupid answer like, "Prove that you cancelled your contract"
