BAD SERVICE

On 27/11/2013 I joined the gym, however cancelled on 20/11/2013 due to relocations. I reported this to the consultants at they gym and was given a cancellation slip with no cancellation fee, and assured that i would receive R150 joining fee within 5 days. To my suprise 2 days later on the 30/11/2013 i was debited R259 from my account. i had to go to my bank and reverse it. I would like virgin active to return my money as promised. I had not even used their services.
