My gym contract was cancelled with them in 2012 already. When I checked my internet banking i realised that they deducted money from my account in November (R250) and December (R245) 2013. I phone them and they tell me (without any prior notification whatsoever!) that my account has been handed over as i have not been paying (an expired/cancelled contract!). This is absolute bull!!! i would not recommend anyone to join this franchise at all, especially not via debit order!!! If my name is not cleared and my money paid back to me... Im taking them to court for!
