i was a approached by lady called Nola in May to join the Jim i advise the lady that i am interested by currently i don't have a sport bag to carry my things, she promised me that as soon as they get bags in stock she will give it to me i joined the Jim and was happy place look nice everything is cool. I left plenty of messages for Nola to contact me all the time regarding the bag she always tell me the is no stock no stock. Last week 1 of my colleagues was contacted from that branch to come fetch a sport bag, when i went there i left a message for Nola to call me she never called, i went there i spoke to and she gave me attitude when i was about to left i spoke to the guy by the name of Marcus and he said he is Nolas manager i explained the story to him, he promised to sort it out and he will call me till today that guy never call
service is poor staff has bad attitude including management, it is affordable but service is bad. I like the place will continue going to the Jim but do not promise clients what you cannot deliver that is poor service and they do receive stock but they just don't want to give it to me.
