I have been getting incorrect debits from Planet Fitness for a very long time now, infact from the day i joined. Because these are my funds they arent handling like they should i have asked them to cancel the debit order option so that i can pay cash to avoid any further wrong debits. However, i have now been told i cannot cancel the debit order option? what nonsense it this?? It is their fault that i have to cancel the debit order because they arent getting it right. Gosh im so mad.
