Going down the drain

When I left the gym tonight not ONE of the staff bid me farewell. On my way down the steps, I walked passed a staff member and was not ever given a friendly look. Secondly, I have made many comments to the staff about the one showerhead in the men's bathroom next to the sauna, but NOTHING has happened. It is leaking from the top and looks extremely filthy ie moldy, rotten, etc. Myself and my mother have been clients for 8 years, but the next time my account is due for a renewal, I do not plan on doing so again with Virgin.
