DOUBLE DEBIT WITHOUT MY AUTHORIZATION ONCE AGAIN

All I can say is I am sick and tired to deal with incompetent people like your accounts team, my account was first double debited in JULY, and Lebo Moroe the branch manager at Kempstar mall was handling my 1st query which she me assured that the matter was resolved and my account will never be double debited again, NOW once again African Bank went and double debit my account without my permission, Kindly reimburse my account within the next 5 days.
