Double Deal
No card, but I'm still paying

My Account has been debited since I joined Double Deal last year. I have still not received my card. I called Double Deal this morning to cancel the account into which I have now paid a large some of money and have received no benefits what-so-ever. I am not interested in renewing my account with Double Deal. I want my money back. I find it ridiculous that I am paying for something that I am incapable of using due to no fault of my own. I would never have joined if I had known that this is how Double Deal works as I have simply been losing money and gaining nothing. I want to make clear that I have absolutely no interest in joining Double Deal again. I just want my money back immediately. I will most certainly be spreading the word.
