Your salesman Preggy Chimansalam came to my work from La Lucia to sign me on as a Vitality VA member. I did him a sales favour even though the branch I wanted to join was Kingspark. Preggy promised to bring VA bags after we signed on which of course he didn't cos he signed the deal and that was all he was after. My husband raised this query and Preggy responded by calling us liars i.e. he didn't promise bags and had water bottles delivered to us. Another big lie, he gave us nothing, I never saw him after he signed the deal. Camera's at my work will prove that. I emailed Donovan Singh copying Preggy expecting a response on the 19th of Nov and have heard nothing. Its not about the bag or the water bottles, but about your employees values, honesty and integrity. Where is the respect in responding to emails or blatantly calling clients liars. Is this a brand to be associated with? I am embarrassed to know that I spend money on a brand that employs inferior quality service staff who treat clients in this manner.
